• One Star – It’s fine, works okay, is functioning, or maybe it’s a bit broken. It’s doing its job, but no more. You’re just making do.
• Three Star – It’s a little more plush, feels better, is more exclusive, and is functioning well. You treated yourself to a little bit better here. You’ve got a little more space.
• Five Star – It’s the best you can buy, the exact one you want, the healthiest and most positive version. It’s about how it makes you feel—‘Yes, I love it!’ It doesn’t have to be the most expensive thing, but it should make you feel great energy.”

This exercise completely changed my perspective. Classifying different areas of my home felt like giving it a much-needed check-up, and I realised that making small improvements in key areas could elevate the energy of my entire space.
