What is an affirmation?

An affirmation is a positive statement or assertion that you tell yourself repetitively. It’s in the repetition that you start to truly believe what you are saying and embed that into your psyche.

There’s a lot of power in having affirmations that you hear or say to yourself daily. That’s why we created a suite of affirmations, designed to get you feeling great about a particular topic.

Each of our recordings is around 10 minutes long. They are perfect to listen to in bed before you get up, while getting ready, during your commute, and even when you take a 10 minute break during the day.
